We use contact information to respond to inquiries and, with your consent, to send relevant updates about tsworks services. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics and HubSpot tracking to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics cookies are only set after you consent via our cookie banner. You can change your preferences at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data: Google Analytics (analytics), HubSpot (CRM and forms), LinkedIn Insight Tag (advertising), and Microsoft Clarity (session recordings). Each service only activates after you consent to the relevant cookie category.

Contact form submissions are retained in HubSpot CRM for up to 3 years or until you request deletion. Analytics data is retained per Google's and HubSpot's standard data retention policies.
